Taskade is the Swiss Army knife of AI productivity tools — it tries to do everything (tasks, notes, docs, mind maps, video chat, AI) in one platform at a price that makes specialized tools look expensive. The AI project generator takes a text description like 'launch a new product feature' and creates a complete project structure with tasks, subtasks, timelines, and dependencies. AI agents can be configured to automate recurring workflows — for example, an agent that monitors a project board and sends a daily summary to Slack. The five-view system (list, board, mind map, org chart, calendar) lets teams visualize the same project data in whatever format suits their thinking style. Real-time collaboration includes built-in video chat. The tradeoff is polish: each individual feature is good but not best-in-class.
